On March 2, 2026, Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent") welcomed an important long-term client—the technical team of a well-known automotive parts manufacturer. As a long-term partner of Chuke Intelligent's pneumatic dot-matrix
Marking Machines and laser marking machines, this client, after first encountering
Laser Cleaning technology last year, brought crankshaft component samples for on-site testing and personally experienced the operation process of the pulsed
Laser Cleaning Machine. After 3 hours of in-depth testing, the client highly recognized the cleaning effect and equipment performance, and signed a purchase agreement on a batch of pulsed laser cleaning machines on the spot, marking a comprehensive expansion of cooperation between the two parties from the traditional marking field to the industrial cleaning field.
The crankshaft components brought by the client presented multiple challenges due to surface contamination: stubborn oil stains formed by long-term high-temperature operation, residual metal coatings from electroplating processes, and oxidation and corrosion generated during transportation. Traditional cleaning methods (such as sandblasting and chemical immersion) easily lead to substrate damage, decreased precision, and high environmental costs. To address customer needs, the Chuke Intelligent technology team deployed its latest generation 3000W pulsed fiber laser
Cleaning Machine. Through an intelligent spot adjustment system, it automatically matches laser parameters based on the thickness of the contamination layer (0.2-1.5mm) and the characteristics of the substrate (high-strength alloy steel), achieving "layered peeling and precise depth control."
During testing, the laser beam scanned the crankshaft surface at a stable speed, with a real-time feedback system ensuring a deviation-free processing path. In just 8 minutes, the complex curved surface of a crankshaft was cleaned, restoring the surface to its original gloss, optimizing the roughness from Ra6.3μm to Ra0.8μm, and leaving the substrate without any thermal deformation or physical damage. The customer's technical director, after on-site inspection, stated, "Laser cleaning completely solves our long-standing conflict between precision and environmental protection. A single machine can reduce hazardous waste disposal costs by over 500,000 yuan annually!"
The pulsed laser cleaning machine showcased by Chuke Intelligent not only achieves breakthroughs in hardware performance but also provides customers with end-to-end digital support through a "cleaning data platform." The equipment's IoT module can upload cleaning parameters (temperature, energy consumption, material removal amount) in real time, generating visual reports and synchronizing them to the customer's cloud system. "This is equivalent to establishing a 'health record' for each piece of equipment, providing data support for preventative maintenance," explained Zhang Wei, General Manager of Chuke Intelligent.
Furthermore, addressing the stringent cleaning efficiency requirements of the automotive parts industry, Chuke Intelligent's technical team demonstrated a dual-mode switching function: handheld + automated. Operators can use the handheld cleaning nozzle to clean delicate areas such as crankshaft gaps, or the robotic arm can be integrated for automated batch operations. Test data shows that the equipment's cleaning efficiency is more than 5 times higher than traditional processes, energy consumption is reduced by 60%, and it supports 24-hour continuous operation.
“Our cooperation with Chuke Intelligent began in 2018 with a pneumatic dot
Marking Machine. After upgrading to a
Laser Marking Machine in 2020, the equipment's stability has consistently led the industry,” revealed the customer's purchasing manager. “Last year, when we visited Chuke Intelligent's booth at the Canton Fair, the ‘non-contact, pollution-free’ characteristics of the laser cleaning technology impressed us. This on-site test completely dispelled our concerns about technology compatibility.”
It is understood that the customer plans to apply the first batch of laser cleaning machines to the production line upgrade of core components such as crankshafts and connecting rods, and explore joint development with Chuke Intelligent of an “integrated cleaning-marking workstation” to achieve seamless integration of parts cleaning and marking processes. Xiao Renmin, Chairman of Chuke Intelligent, stated, “From traditional marking to laser cleaning, Chuke Intelligent has always been customer-oriented, driving the transformation of industrial production towards high efficiency, greenness, and intelligence through technological innovation.”
This cooperation is not the first time Chuke Intelligent's laser cleaning technology has gained wider recognition. Since 2025, its pulsed laser cleaning machines have successfully entered the aerospace, rail transportation, and cultural relic protection fields, and have been exported to more than 30 countries including Germany, the Czech Republic, and Algeria. At the 2025 Canton Fair, Chuke Intelligent secured international orders worth over ten million yuan, showcasing its image as an "environmentally friendly benchmark" for laser cleaning and
Marking Equipment.
With the deepening implementation of the "dual-carbon" strategy, laser cleaning technology is becoming a key tool for industrial green transformation. Xiao Renmin, Chairman of Chuke Intelligent, revealed that the company will focus on three key breakthroughs in cutting-edge technologies such as ultrafast laser cleaning and AI adaptive cleaning, and accelerate its expansion into emerging markets such as India and Southeast Asia, providing global customers with full-cycle localized services encompassing testing, solutions, and after-sales support.
